When do you exercise?




My Husband and I have just started getting up and doing our workout before he goes to work. This morning was the fourth day in a row. What a difference it is making in our lives. We get up at 630; have our coffee and breakfast, at 7am we do our 10 minute trainer DVD. After Dave continues to get ready for work and is out the door by 8. The changes from even a week ago are tremendous. We both are sleeping better, eating better, and our moods have greatly improved. The DVD is only 10 minutes, but a very effective 10 minutes. (We can feel the results days after) It won’t be long before we are getting up earlier for a longer DVD workout. Beachbody produces many workouts, and I believe Dave wants to order and workout with the Insanity DVD. I have heard great things about Insanity and can’t wait to try it.  So when do you workout? Do you spend your day, wondering when you are going to fit it in? Why not get it done first thing. You will start your day ahead of the game. When you start your day with healthy choices, you tend to continue them throughout you day.   

So join me, crawl out of bed, and JUST PUSH PLAY. You will be so happy you did.
