Excuses, we all have them. You know what? That’s what they
are excuses. It’s too early? You should have gone to bed on time. It’s too
cold? There are many exercises you can do inside in the comfort of your own
home. You don’t even have to get out of your pajamas if you don’t want to. Your
legs hurt? A good yoga session or some light stretching and a walk will take
care of that. You were up late? That is your own fault and you should plan
accordingly next time. (I’m not pullin any punches today :) You can get a great
workout in 10 minutes. Pushups, sit ups, jumping jacks, and some stretching is
better than not doing anything at all. So do you still have an excuse? Get up, get moving, you will be so happy you did. :)
